  • If you have purchased the same lead more than once due to a system error or duplicate listing on our platform
  • If the lead contact is unresponsive or the contact information is invalid
  • If the lead does not meet our quality standards or appears to be fraudulent

We've made our refund process instant and hassle-free. Here's how it works:

  • Navigate to the "Purchased Leads" section in your dashboard
  • Click the "Request Refund" button next to the lead you want to refund
  • Your credits will be instantly returned to your account
  • You can request up to 5 refunds per month to ensure fair usage of the system

Non-Refundable Circumstances

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • If you have already used your 5 refund requests for the current month
  • Changes in your business needs or preferences after accessing the lead information
  • If you were unable to win the business due to competitive factors

Vendor Lead Incentives

We encourage vendors to contribute to our marketplace by sharing leads they cannot service. Here's how our incentive program works:

  • Submit leads that you cannot service through our platform
  • Receive 2 credits instantly when your submitted lead is approved and published
  • Ensure leads meet our quality standards: valid contact information, clear requirements, and genuine interest
  • Help build a collaborative marketplace where vendors support each other's growth

Misuse Prevention

Any attempt to misuse the refund policy or submit fraudulent leads will result in immediate suspension of your account and potential legal action. We maintain these policies to ensure fair usage and continued quality of service for all our customers.
