Account Responsibilities

To access our lead marketplace, you must create and maintain an account. Your responsibilities include:

• •Your business may be subject to verification to ensure quality of service

Our Services

Stahla Leads provides a comprehensive platform connecting portable restroom and shower trailer rental businesses with customers. Our services include:

• •Access to a curated marketplace of verified leads for portable restroom and shower trailer rentals
• •Job posting platform for customers to connect with qualified vendors
• •Competitive bidding system where vendors can submit proposals for customer jobs
• •Purchase and management of credits used to unlock lead information and submit job proposals (vendors only)
• •Instant refund system with up to 5 refunds per month for invalid leads only (vendors only)
• •Vendor incentive program offering 2 credits for each approved lead submission

Job Posting for Customers

As a customer, you can post jobs to connect with qualified vendors in your area. When you post a job, here's how the process works:

• •Post detailed job requirements including location, service type, budget, and timeline
• •Your job will be visible to verified vendors in your service area
• •Qualified vendors will submit proposals with pricing and service details
• •You have full control over vendor selection and are not obligated to accept any proposal
• •Direct communication between you and vendors through our platform
• •All payments are handled directly between you and the selected vendor

By posting a job, you acknowledge that your project details will be visible to verified vendors on our platform. It's free to post jobs, and you only pay the vendor you choose to hire directly.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer using our job posting platform, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete project information when posting jobs
• •Respond to vendor proposals in a timely and professional manner
• •Only post legitimate projects with genuine intent to hire services
• •Maintain respectful communication with all vendors on the platform

Vendor Proposals and Bidding System

Vendors can submit proposals for customer-posted jobs through our competitive bidding system. When participating in job bidding, you agree to the following terms:

• •Each job proposal submission costs 1 credit
• •Multiple vendors can submit proposals for the same job
• •Only the customer can select which vendor to hire
• •Proposal credits are non-refundable, regardless of whether you win the bid
• •Submit competitive proposals with accurate pricing and professional communication

Important: The bidding system is competitive in nature. Credits spent on proposal submissions are non-refundable as they represent the cost of participating in the bidding process, regardless of outcome.

Lead Purchases and Usage (For Vendors)

When purchasing and using leads from our platform, you agree to the following terms:

• •Each lead can be purchased by up to 3 different vendors
• •Lead costs vary from 6 to 12 credits based on opportunity value
• •Leads are verified but success in winning business is not guaranteed
• •Lead information must be used in accordance with privacy laws and ethical business practices

Credits and Refunds

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased in packages and are used for two purposes: unlocking lead information and submitting job proposals.

Lead Purchases: We offer instant refunds for invalid leads, limited to 5 refunds per month per account. These refunds apply only to purchased leads that contain incorrect or unusable information.

Job Proposals: Credits spent on submitting proposals are non-refundable. This cost represents your participation in the competitive bidding process, regardless of whether your proposal is selected.

Additionally, vendors can earn 2 credits for each approved lead they submit to the platform. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

Use Restrictions

When using our service, you agree not to:

• •Abuse the refund system or submit fraudulent leads
• •Share or resell lead information with non-platform users
• •Harass or engage in unfair practices with leads or other vendors
• •Attempt to manipulate the platform or credit system
• •Post fake or misleading job opportunities

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, misuse of the refund system, submission of fraudulent leads, or other inappropriate behavior. You may also delete your account at any time, but unused credits will not be refunded.

Disclaimer

While we verify all leads before listing them on our platform, we cannot guarantee that you will win every business opportunity. Success in converting leads depends on various factors including your pricing, availability, and competition. Use our service at your own discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of Stahla Leads after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
